CBS Coffee is a frivillig forening registered in Denmark under CVR no. 46360532. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Danish Data Protection Act.

2. What Data We Collect
Website visitors: No cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics. No personal data collected automatically.
Email correspondence: If you contact us, we receive your address and message. Used solely to respond.
Event attendees: RSVP form collects name and CBS email. Deleted within 30 days after the event.
Journal contributors: Name and email for editorial coordination. Published with explicit prior consent only.
3. Legal Basis
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to enquiries, organising events.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): publishing name or likeness.
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): where necessary to fulfil a specific commitment.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or trade your data. Shared only with Google Workspace under a Data Processing Agreement, and with legal authorities if required by Danish law.
5. Retention
- Email correspondence: up to 12 months after last exchange
- Event RSVPs: deleted within 30 days after the event
- Contributor data: up to 24 months or until deletion is requested
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: Access (Art. 15), Rectification (Art. 16), Erasure (Art. 17), Restriction (Art. 18), Portability (Art. 20), Object (Art. 21), and to Withdraw consent at any time.
